The Inner City Montessori School is a dynamic
community of children, Montessori-trained teachers,
parents, carers and support staff.
Founded in 1981 and operating from campuses in
Balmain and Lilyfield in the Inner West of Sydney,
the Inner City Montessori School provides
co-educational non-denominational Montessori
education to about 240 children from 18 months to 12
years.
ICMS offers a unique educational experience; our
teachers are passionate and dedicated; our parents
are committed and involved; and most importantly our
children learn not because they have to but because
they want to.
